Meet the Staff

Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are ready to help you. We have a state of the art eye diagnostic center with the most advanced instruments available. We are able to help you with any of your testing needs such as optical coherence tomography of the retina and optic nerve, angle size measurement, anterior segment and fundus photography, threshold visual field testing, visually evoked potential testing, and others. In addition, we also have a dedicated therapy room equipped with training devices that allow our therapists the privacy to work one-on-one with patients. 

Dr. Dawn Vu is known to give very thorough, personalized, and expert care to all her patients. She prides herself on making sure she communicates frequently and effectively with the entire care team in order to successfully manage her patients.

Licensed optometrist with 20 years of experience in vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitation to diagnose and treat binocular vision disorders following trauma to the head. Dr. Vu has been chosen to be an expert witness and has extensive experience providing depositions related to concussion cases.

Dr. Abdali received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania, she went on to earn her Doctorate of optometry at Southern California College of Optometry. She completed her clinical training at the Las Vegas VA Hospital, Santa Monica Center partially Sighted, and the Optometric Center of Los Angeles. Dr. Abdalienjoys uses her optometric expertise with community service projects which have included trips to Cambodia, Mexico, Guatemala, and closer to home at Bakersfield and San Diego to provide free eye exams and glasses. Outside of work, Dr. Abdali likes to spend time with family and friends, going on hikes, playing pickleball, and trying new foods.
